Tonight on Steele & Ungar – 09/25/2017
Rick and Michael kick off tonight’s show with President Trump attacking the NFL and players who choose to take a knee during the national anthem. Is he trying to divert attention away from the Alabama Senate GOP primary? Rosalind Helderman, a political investigations reporter for the Washington Post, joins the guys to talk about the revelations that Trump aide Jared Kushner uses a private email account to do White House business. David Bier, an immigration policy analyst at the Cato Institute’s Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity, jumps on with Michael and Rick to discuss President Trump’s new travel ban order. Angela Merkel will remain German chancellor, but her grip on power has begun to loosen as a far-right party will be represented in the German parliament for the first time since the Nazi Party. We’ll wrap up the show looking at the revised Graham-Cassidy bill and Senator John McCain’s (R-Ariz.) interview on 60 Minutes.
