Tonight on Steele & Ungar – 06/22/2018
Michael and Rick kick off tonight’s show with Emily Cadei, a Washington correspondent with McClatchy and Sacramento Bee, to discuss Senators Ted Cruz and Dianne Feinstein trying to craft a bipartisan solution to the issue of separating kids from their parents at the border. 42 percent of Americans support impeaching President Trump in a new poll released by CNN. Political historian and American University professor Allan Lichtman joins the guys to talk about whether Democrats should stop bringing up impeachment or should lean into it more. Hollywood producer Howard Rosenman jumps on to discuss Pride Month before Rick and Michael pivot to the GOP’s tax bill. Bill Hoagland, the senior vice president at the Bipartisan Policy Center, joins the guys to discuss whether the tax cuts are having their intended impact for working Americans.
